I am Rosie, your health & wellness coach. I partner with you so you may more easily remember to take care of yourself, whatever that means to you. I listen, I encourage, I support, I educate, and most of all, I respect your health choices.

Nutrition

I’m not here to tell you what to eat. I mean, I can if you want me to. But I am more interested in helping you figure out why you want to eat better, and support you in navigating your way - whether it be plant based, paleo, calorie controlled, vegetarian… or whatever!

Here’s the thing. I know you already have a pretty good idea of what you should or want to eat. I’m sure you may even have an interest in exploring your nutrition further. My job as our health coach is to partner with you on exploring what interests you when it comes to your nutrition, and help you to stay on track and engaged along the journey.

 

Fitness

You want to move more but you can’t get started.

Realistically speaking, after a long day of work, kids, school, or whatever it is that is on your plate, is your first thought getting on a treadmill when you finally catch some downtime? Probably not. With that said, my job as your coach is not to shame, guilt or lecture you into being more physically active. My job is to help you figure out how physical activity makes the most sense in conjunction with your lifestyle.

Let’s figure out what excites you about reserving time for moving.

  • Does quiet time in your own bubble, engaged in a yoga class sound like the “you time” you need?

  • Do you love high energy and enjoy the fun and camaraderie of a Zumba or dance class?

  • Were you a runner in high school and miss that runners high? Should we start thinking about training for a 10K or half marathon?

  • Maybe you’d just like to walk more during the day.

  • How does a daily 5 minute total body stretch sound?

As your coach, we will leave the guilt behind and work towards whatever it is that gets you fired up about moving more.

 

Self-care

You do so much for everyone else, and you’d like to ensure you are reserving time for you. Let’s work on that together. You can’t pour from an empty cup, so as your health coach, it is my job to make sure you are nourished, refueled, and able to de-stress in whatever way works for you. We will talk about what drains you and what recharges you. We will talk about ways you like to unwind, and how you can carve out the time you need for you. Self-care isn’t selfish, it is self-preservation.
