Program Details
This 12-week program is designed for individuals who want to make a positive lifestyle change within the next 3 - 6 months. You will explore WHY you want to make a change, and WHAT has been stopping you. We will work ONE-TO-ONE to identify ROADBLOCKS and MOTIVATIONS, in order to create long lasting change. By the end of the 12 weeks, you will be ready to start or continue with your healthy eating regimen, exercise routine, or whatever healthy habit you’d like to implement into your lifestyle.
